崗位職責:
Category Management is responsible for an assigned national Category and the Management of critical supplier relationships in conjunction with Category Management Lead.
The overall goal is to achieve the best total cost position for all external spend within the Category, the lowest sourcing risks, best supplier performances to ensure the highest efficiency and effectiveness of the Category Management team.
Drive indirect savings and revenue improvements in operation supplies.
Lead various eAuctions, drive and meet target of eAuction savings
Lead indirect procurement projects/activities,drive to meet and exceed key metric goals set by procurement leadership
Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders, peers, and key or high impact suppliers, etc.
Lead strategic negotiation on long term agreements with specific suppliers. Assemble and analyze data to determine behavior patterns to identify opportunities for productivity/cost improvement.
Monitor supplier quality and take appropriate action(s) as needed including onsite visits.

Working knowledge of procurement/sourcing, business law, contracts, and contract negotiations principles
